Refund Policy

There are certain guidelines you need to follow in order to get a refund of your payment.

  • Only, the amount of the unused tests will be refunded.
  • In case of discrepancy or errors found in the test after the purchase, you will be eligible to get a refund.
  • You will be eligible to get the refund if you report us about any issue regarding the test within 5 days.
  • Only 70 % of the total amount (excluding taxes) of each test would be refunded to you.
  • No refund would be provided for the evaluation process.
  • We require an e-mail from your end reporting about the discrepancy (with proofs) in order to initiate the refund request within 5 days of purchase.
  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request after inspecting it.
  • If your request gets accepted, we will refund your money in the same way you have paid it, within a few days of the approval of your request.
  • In case you do not receive the refund, contact your bank first. There is a processing time before a refund.
  • If you still do not receive the refund, you are free to contact us through e-mail.
